Colette Bourgonje
Bourgonje competed at the 2010 International Paralympic Committee World Cup in Bessans, France, where she placed first in the 5km race with a time of 18:29.9. She also placed third in the Cross Country Sprint race with a time of 3:20.84. She will be competing at the Paralympic Games in Vancouver in March. Theisen was nominated for the Athlete of the Month Award by Saskatchewan Athletics. Bourgonje was nominated by the Saskatchewan Wheelchair Sports Association. |

Kali Christ
Christ placed first in the 500m, 1000m and 1500m at the 2010 North American Long Track Championships/American Cup III, an international event with 32 participants from three countries. She also placed second in the 3000m and second overall at the Championships. As a result of her outstanding performance, Christ was named to the 2010 Junior World Team. Christ was nominated by the Saskatchewan Amateur Speed Skating Association. |

Emily Schaan
Schaan won gold at the Edmonton International Judo Championships Senior Women Division, and she also won gold at the Edmonton International Judo Championships U 17 Division. She won gold again at the Michel Beauvais International Judo Tournament U17 Division in Paris, France. Schaan was nominated by Judo Saskatchewan. |

Tim Landeryou
Landeryou and his partner Mike Green, from Ontario, won gold in the Men's Open Doubles division at the Pan American Racquetball Championships. A total of 13 teams competed in the division. Landeryou was nominated by the Saskatchewan Racquetball Association. |

Team Saskatchewan Male Hockey Team
The team claimed their third consecutive championship title at the 2010 National Aboriginal Hockey Championships held in Ottawa, Ontario, after defeating Manitoba 8-1 in the final game. A total of 10 teams competed at the event from nine other provinces. |

Brianne Thiesen
Theisen competed for the University of Oregon at the NCAA Division One Outdoor Track and Field Championship, where she achieved a new personal best of 6,094 points to earn the gold medal in the heptathlon. With this finish, she reclaimed her 2009 title, which put her 9th on the all-time collegiate list. She also broke her own school record for the heptathlon and 100m hurdles, as well as her 2009 Saskatchewan Athletics Senior and Open records for the heptathlon. Thiesen was nominated by Saskatchewan Athletics. |
