...a campaign to ensure the long term growth and development of amateur sport in Saskatchewan by promoting the benefits of amateur sport. In 1994, we identified a need to communicate the overall values and benefits of amateur sport to Saskatchewan on several levels. To do this, we created the "Sport It's More than a Game" campaign which has been extremely well received by the sports community and public at large. The initial phase launched the strategy, however, a longer term plan to continue building momentum will be implemented over the next few years.
