Sask Sport Inc - Dream Broker - Prince Albert

The Dream Broker program is a partnership between the Saskatchewan Rivers School Division, Prince Albert Catholic School Division, Sask Sport, SaskCulture and the Saskatchewan Parks and Recreation Association. Additional support is provided by the Saskatchewan Lotteries Trust Fund, Community Initiatives Fund, KidSport, Creative Kids and Give Kids a Chance Charity. The purpose of a Dream Broker is to facilitate and support the participation of inner city children in sport, culture, recreation and arts activities by:
Developing supportive, trusting relationships with children, parents, school staff and community service providers to identify and meet needs of children;
Facilitating and providing support centered around the needs and wants of children to enable and sustain participation in activities of choice;
Promoting and supporting the initiative's purpose, goals and objectives through community engagement.

The City of Lacombe is currently recruiting for an Aquatic Programmer to join our Community Services team. Reporting to the Aquatic Supervisor this position plays a key role in programming and program planning to meet the needs of the Community. You have a strong commitment to providing an exceptional customer experience through working collaboratively with stakeholders, partners, user groups and customers of all ages. Key responsibilities include playing a key role in programming, program planning and general overall administration of the Aquatic Centre. This position takes a lead in staff scheduling, maintaining, gathering and reporting statistical information.
