Sask Sport Inc - Dream Broker, Regina
Closing Date: June 28, 2015
The Dream Broker program in Regina is a partnership between the Regina Catholic Schools, Regina Public Schools, the City of Regina, Sask Sport, SaskCulture and the Saskatchewan Parks and Recreation Association. Additional support is provided by the Saskatchewan Lotteries Trust Fund, Community Initiatives Fund, KidSport, Creative Kids and Give Kids a Chance Charity. The purpose of a Dream Broker is to facilitate and support the participation of inner city children in sport, culture, recreation and arts activities by:

  • Developing supportive, trusting relationships with children, parents, school staff and community service providers to identify and meet needs of children;
  • Facilitating and providing support centered around the needs and wants of children to enable and sustain participation in activities of choice;
  • Promoting and supporting the initiative's purpose, goals and objectives through community engagement.

City of Prince Albert - Recreation Programmer - Aquatics

The City of Prince Albert is currently accepting applications for the permanent position of Recreation Programmer (Aquatics) in the Community Services Department. This position is responsible for the administration, programming and management of the City of Prince Albert aquatics activities at the Frank J Dunn Swimming Pool and the Kinsmen Water Park.

Client Services - Accounting Clerk Regina - Sask Sport Inc.

This position is responsible for a variety of day-to-day bookkeeping and basic accounting functions that provide the necessary support to the client service division. This position works as part of the larger client service team and is expected to provide a professional, courteous and efficient service to all clients utilizing the accounting services provided by the Administration Centre for Sport, Culture and Recreation.

Client Services Supervisor - Sask Sport Inc.

Coordinate the preparation and analysis of financial information for all clients of the Administration Center book keeping service (currently 40+ clients) on a monthly and annual basis. Deliver workshops on understanding board financial responsibility. Perform financial review of Saskatchewan Lotteries Trust Fund grant files for grant recipients who are not book keeping clients.

Technical Director – Canoe Kayak Saskatchewan

Canoe Kayak Saskatchewan (CKS) seeks the leadership of a qualified and accomplished professional to join our team. The Technical Director will work in collaboration with the Executive Director and CKS board, coaches, officials, committees and volunteers to plan, implement, coordinate and evaluate CKS’s Athlete for Life and High Performance mandates. Consistent with the values of CKS, the Technical Director will promote the development, participation and organization of canoe-kayak sport within Saskatchewan. This will include providing leadership to build capacity for long term athlete development and relationships at the grassroots level.

Delisle Chiefs Junior Hockey Club - TEAM TRAINER
The Delisle Chiefs Junior Hockey Club is seeking a talented individual for the position of TEAM TRAINER. This person must have a knowledge of sports injuries and prevention, the ability to attend all games and some practises (we play a 40 game schedule), some overnight travel (2 weekends during the season).
