Penticton Vees Hockey Club (BCHL) - Manager of Ticket Sales
The Manager of Ticket Sales reports directly to the General Manager. This position is a full-time, benefited position that is compensated through base salary and sales commissions. The Manager of Ticket Sales will be responsible for generating maximum revenue through the sales of Vees’ single, season and group tickets. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to contribute to the creation and execution of a ticket strategy.

Gymnastics Saskatchewan - Sponsorship Director
Gymnastics Saskatchewan is looking to contract a Sponsorship Director to work with our Management Committee on the hosting of the 2012 Canadian Gymnastics Championships. The Canadian Gymnastics Championships will be held at Evraz Place in Regina May 21-26, 2012. The event brings together over 1,200 athletes, coaches and officials from all across Canada, competing in four disciplines – artistic men’s gymnastics, artistic women’s gymnastics, rhythmic gymnastics, and tumbling and trampoline.

Faculty of Kinesiology, Olympic Oval - Facility Operation Support

This position reports to the Ice Maintenance Supervisor as a member of the Operations Team. Work is performed in the Olympic Oval, a multi-use world-class facility providing services to a client base ranging from general public to high performance athletes. Facility Operation Support provides services and facilities for up to 400 athletes per day for training. This position is responsible for making decisions on day-to-day operating procedures for three ice surfaces, events set up and strike, artificial ice plant, and all related equipment in the Olympic Oval. The incumbent must be able to make changes to building conditions affecting the performance of national, international athletes and the public.

Community Development Coordinator -
Special Olympics Saskatchewan

Eighteen (18) Month Term Position

Under the direction of the Director of Programs (DOP), the Community Development Coordinator is responsible for overseeing the development and support of Special Olympics Saskatchewan's member Zones and Communities, and plays a lead role in the recruitment, development, and retention of volunteers. The Community Development Coordinator ensures the growth of new initiatives, including Northern communities and school-based programming.

Administrative and Operations Coordinator -

Under the direction of the Director of Operations (DOO), the Administrative and Operations Coordinator is responsible, along with the Sask Sport Accounting Personnel, for overseeing the keeping of the books and records of the Special Olympics Saskatchewan organization, in compliance with the requirements for charitable organizations. The Administrative and Operations Coordinator plays an executive support role to the Director of Operations in the areas of Marketing, Fundraising Events and Campaigns, and Sponsorship servicing, and coordinates the development and maintenance of the Special Olympics Saskatchewan website.
