Sask Sport Inc - Dream Broker - Prince Albert
Closing Date: August 24, 2015
The Dream Broker program is a partnership between the Saskatchewan Rivers School Division, Prince Albert Catholic School Division, Sask Sport, SaskCulture and the Saskatchewan Parks and Recreation Association. Additional support is provided by the Saskatchewan Lotteries Trust Fund, Community Initiatives Fund, KidSport, Creative Kids and Give Kids a Chance Charity. The purpose of a Dream Broker is to facilitate and support the participation of inner city children in sport, culture, recreation and arts activities by:

  • Developing supportive, trusting relationships with children, parents, school staff and community service providers to identify and meet needs of children;
  • Facilitating and providing support centered around the needs and wants of children to enable and sustain participation in activities of choice;
  • Promoting and supporting the initiative's purpose, goals and objectives through community engagement.

TECHNICAL DIRECTOR
WOMEN'S (WAG) AND RHYTHMIC (RG) PROGRAMS

Closing Date: August 31, 2015
Under the direction of and in collaboration with the CEO, and in cooperation with staff, coaches, officials, committees and volunteers, the Technical Director shall be responsible for technical program operations including the planning, implementation, coordination and evaluation of programs from pre-competitive to high performance levels for clubs, officials and athletes in their respective disciplines. The Technical Director shall provide leadership to, management of, planning, evaluation and administration for these programs, leading to achieving the mission, vision, goals and objectives of Gymnastics Saskatchewan. These positions are appointed by and report to the CEO.

Parkland Valley Sport, Culture and Recreation District (PVSCRD)
The Parkland Valley Sport, Culture and Recreation District (PVSCRD) is looking for a self-motivated individual to fulfill the full-time position of Community Consultant. This position works with people to support community needs and assist in creating opportunities in their sport, culture and recreation efforts. This individual is expected to be creative, outgoing and be able to work independently to achieve the work of the whole.

Wascana Racing Canoe Club Regina Saskatchewan - Head Coach
The WRCC is inviting applications for the Head Coach from experienced head coaches and from assistant coaches and athletes with solid coaching experience who wish to make a career in the sport. Reporting to the Personnel Committee of the Board of Directors, the successful candidate will lead all stages of athlete development and have the principle role in the management and growth of the Club. Additionally, you will be directly responsible for all aspects of training and performance improvement of high performance athletes. If you are passionate about the sport, enjoy working with and motivating athletes and developing junior coaches, this is the job for you.
