2019 Western Canada Summer Games - GAMES MANAGER
Closing Date: January 13, 2017
The City of Swift Current, SK is proud to be hosting the 2019 Western Canada Summer Games and are inviting applications for the position of Games Manager. This is a contract position, under the direction of the 2019 Western Canada Games Host Committee Inc. The main responsibility will be to implement, integrate, stage and coordinate all aspects of the Western Canada Summer Games (WCSG). The ideal candidate is an independent, self-motivated leader with a track record of managing competitive sporting events, proactively identifying key strategies, anticipating games committee needs and implementing sustainable solutions.

Saskatchewan Horse Federation (SHF) - Executive Director

The Saskatchewan Horse Federation (SHF) is a non-profit organization that represents over 6,000 members and stakeholders in the Saskatchewan horse industry. Founded in 1974, the SHF is a member of Sask Sport Inc. and is a growing and dynamic organization. The objective of the federation is furthering the sport, recreation and industry of the diverse provincial horse community. The federation is guided by a fourteen member Board of Directors that represents all regions in Saskatchewan.

Sask Sport Inc. - Part time Receptionist (12 month term)

As the initial contact point for the organizations this position is responsible for providing a professional, courteous and efficient service to the residents utilizing the services provided by the Administration Centre for Sport, Culture and Recreation. This position is a lunch time cover for our full time receptionists. The cover period is from 11:30-2:30, 5 days a week. The three hours are split between two buildings located within a block of one another within the Regina downtown.

Saskatchewan Cycling Association (SCA) - Provincial Head Coach
Closing Date: January 23, 2017
The Provincial Coach is a key leadership position within the Saskatchewan Cycling Association High Performance program. The successful candidate will live and work in the province and will be responsible for identifying, recruiting and developing, high performance athletes, maintaining and enhancing the high-performance programs in Road, Mountain Bike, Para-cycling and BMX racing, and mentoring in-province coaches.

Town of Shaunavon - Director of Recreation and Culture

The Town of Shaunavon's recreational area holds a swimming pool, tennis courts, four ball diamonds, outdoor rink, skateboard park and the Crescent Point Wickenheiser Centre. The Grand Coteau Heritage & Cultural Centre is the premiere cultural facility in the southwest, serving the artistic and cultural heritage aspirations of the 15,000 people in the region.

Town of Shaunavon - Director of Wellness and Leisure

The Town of Shaunavon's recreational area holds a swimming pool, tennis courts, four ball diamonds, outdoor rink, skateboard park and the Crescent Point Wickenheiser Centre. The center, which opened in July 2011, holds an NHL size hockey rink and curling rink, and is one of the biggest Center's ever built in the South-West region of Saskatchewan. As an active community, the Town of Shaunavon believes that all members have the right to a safe, healthy and active environment. The Town is working hard to ensure that this belief is present for each and every community member.

Special Olympics Canada - Program Manager

Special Olympics Canada provides year-round sports training and athletic competition in a variety of sports for children, youth and adults with intellectual disabilities, giving them continuing opportunities to develop physical fitness, demonstrate courage, experience joy and participate in a sharing of gifts, skills and friendship with their families, other Special Olympics athletes and the community.
