Parkland Valley Sport, Culture, and Recreation District - Summer Program Mentor
Closing Date: Friday, March 31, 2015
The Parkland Valley Sport, Culture and Recreation District is looking for self motivated individuals to fulfill the full-time, temporary positions of Summer Program Mentor. This position will provide mentorship support to local play leaders in rural communities in the district.

MANAGER, FITNESS ON 25TH - YWCA Saskatoon

The Manager, Fitness on 25th is responsible for effectively managing all aspects of operations including program offerings, personnel issues, sales/memberships, and facility safety and cleanliness. The Manager has a passion for exceptional customer service, and will ensure that the Centre meets annual sales and member recruitment and retention targets.

Sask Lotteries: Lottery Division Summer Relief
Closing Date: April 5, 2015
To assist the Beneficiary Organizations in meeting their financial needs by operating a fundraising program utilizing Western Canada Lottery Corporation products and programs. The Summer Student position will provide relief for the Lottery Sales Representatives and the Distribution Depot staff based out of the Saskatoon office. The position will also be conducting Mystery Shopping at select retailers in Saskatchewan.

Client Services Supervisor - Sask Sport Inc.

Coordinate the preparation and analysis of financial information for all clients of the Administration Center book keeping service (currently 40+ clients) on a monthly and annual basis. Deliver workshops on understanding board financial responsibility. Perform financial review of Saskatchewan Lotteries Trust Fund grant files for grant recipients who are not book keeping clients.

YMCA Southeast Senior Director

The YMCA of Regina is seeking a movement professional to oversee our new YMCA in Regina's Southeast. Regina's new YMCA Southeast Center will include a fully equipped fitness center, spin bike studio and stretching/yoga studio. As well, the center will feature a 4000 square foot space dedicated to developing and enhancing physical literacy. The space includes a sprung floor, monkey bars, ropes, rings and a warped wall to create a unique space to run jump and climb in. This space will be an exciting and new concept where the director will lead creative and fun movement based classes for members of all ages to enjoy.

Saskatchewan Racquetball Association - Administrative Assistant - Executive Director

Reporting to the Executive Director, the Administrative Assistant's main role will be to provide administrative support to the Executive Director. The Administrative Assistant will perform daily office duties including: writing reports, recording financial transactions, communicating with Board members/shareholders, attending Board meetings, coordinating activities with other Board members, and basic data entry for updating the Association's website and Let's Play Program impact measures.

Saskatchewan Racquetball Association - Administrative Assistant - Domestic Development
Closing Date: May 29, 2015
Reporting to the Director of Domestic Development, the Administrative Assistant's primary role will be to support the scheduling of Let's Play Racquetball clinics within the province. This will include advertising and communicating with schools and facilities, organizing coaches and materials for the delivery of the clinics, and assisting coaches with completion and submission of expense reports to the Executive Director. The Administrative Assistant will also support the Director of Domestic Development with coordinating other development opportunities within the province, specifically to targeted populations such as youth, women, and aboriginals.

Rookie Rugby Leader
Rookie Rugby Leaders are responsible for the local delivery of Rugby Canada's Rookie Rugby program. These individuals are the driving force behind the national program and are the keys to the growth of participation at the youth level. Saskatchewan Rugby is seeking passionate and committed individuals with impeccable organizational and interpersonal skills who have experience working with both children and adults.
