Sask Sport Inc - Dream Broker - Prince Albert
Closing Date: July 4, 2016
The Dream Broker program is a partnership between the Saskatchewan Rivers School Division, Prince Albert Catholic School Division, Sask Sport, SaskCulture and the Saskatchewan Parks and Recreation Association. Additional support is provided by the Saskatchewan Lotteries Trust Fund, Community Initiatives Fund, KidSport, Creative Kids and Give Kids a Chance Charity. The purpose of a Dream Broker is to facilitate and support the participation of inner city children in sport, culture, recreation and arts activities by:

  • Developing supportive, trusting relationships with children, parents, school staff and community service providers to identify and meet needs of children;
  • Facilitating and providing support centered around the needs and wants of children to enable and sustain participation in activities of choice;
  • Promoting and supporting the initiative's purpose, goals and objectives through community engagement.

Sask Sport Inc - KidSport Administrative Assistant

To provide a professional level of administrative assistance and office management services that will contribute to Sask Sport's ability to carry out their responsibilities and functions in an efficient and effective manner.

Leadership Coordinator - Sask Sport

The Leadership Coordinator will work as part of a team to implement the goals and objectives of the Jumpstart Afterschool Program. Efforts will be focused on working in collaboration with existing staff in order to support the leadership development of post-secondary and high school students, and support delivery and implementation of community sport, culture and recreation modules in designated Public and Catholic community schools.
