The Professional Business Leadership Certificate will provide you with increased awareness and understanding of organizational leadership and will enable you to become a more effective, evolved leader. You will explore the philosophies of a well rounded leader from a career development and personal development perspective.

The Professional Business Leadership Certificate for Sport Administrators will be offered through the University of Regina - Business & Professional Development Centre for Continuing Education. The program will increase support for the organizational leadership and human resource capacity of organizations within the sport sector.

Program Features:

• This program will be offered in both Regina and Saskatoon through in-person instruction.
• The certificate program will consist of 7 courses over a 3 year period.
• Each course consists of two 7 hour days to complete. Therefore, a commitment of 14 days over 3 years will be required to complete the certificate.
• Low registration fees of $200/course with an opportunity to be reimbursed the full amount of registration fees ($1,400) up to a maximum of 2 individuals per organization if all 7 courses completed.
• Salaried employees from Active and Affiliate members of Sask Sport are eligible for this discounted rate.
• Customized materials and workbooks with no take home assignments or tests.
• Travel support to out of town registrants.
• Lunch and parking included each day.
• Course curriculum designed to meet the challenges of today’s sport sector work force.
